We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and understands that good design is not just about looking attractive—it should communicate an idea and support a business objective.

Key Responsibilities — Graphic Design

- Create social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand objectives and target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
- Create thumbnails, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into strong visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities — Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, ads, and promotional videos.
- Edit interview, podcast, healthcare, corporate, product, and brand videos.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual elements where required.
- Create engaging short-form videos optimized for social media.
- Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Ensure videos follow the brand's visual identity and storytelling style.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colors, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs from a concept rather than simply using templates.
- Good understanding of video storytelling and pacing.




- Ability to edit short-form social media videos.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback and improve work.

Software / Tools

- Required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Valuable to have: Canva, Figma, CapCut, motion graphics, and basic animation skills.

- Portfolio is mandatory. We care more about your creative thinking and portfolio than your years of experience.
