About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, UI/UX & Creative Designer to support our branding, digital marketing, website, and business communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, experience in creating digital and print creatives, and a good understanding of UI/UX principles for websites and landing pages.

The candidate will work closely with the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and Management to create impactful visual content that strengthens the company's brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Branding

- Design marketing creatives for digital and print platforms.
- Create brochures, flyers, company profiles, product datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Develop branding assets and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Design banners, standees, event branding materials, and promotional collateral.

UI/UX Design

- Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Improve website usability and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with business requirements.
- Optimize user journeys and conversion-focused page designs.

Digital & Social Media Creatives

- Design social media posts, ad creatives, infographics, and campaign visuals.
- Create LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube creatives.
- Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Presentation & Corporate Communication

- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for customers, partners, and management.
- Design proposal covers, corporate decks,



and executive presentations.
- Support internal branding and communication initiatives.

Creative Strategy Support

- Collaborate with the Brand Manager on campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing, events, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Educational Qualification

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Creative Design, or Brand Design.
- Experience working with IT Services, Technology Companies, SaaS, Cybersecurity, System Integrators, or B2B organizations will be preferred.
