TRAVELOGUE GROWTH is a growing creative and digital marketing company focused on helping brands build their identity and grow through engaging digital content and marketing.

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can develop visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, branding, advertisements, and other creative requirements.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and branding materials.

The ideal candidate should have a solid creative eye, good design sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of current social media and digital design trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Create thumbnails for YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop designs based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Create marketing and advertising creatives for digital campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and video editing teams.
- Edit and adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and advertising trends.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.




- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
- Experience with Canva is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and requirements.
- Ability to create visually attractive and engaging designs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and turn ideas into effective designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience designing social media advertisements and marketing creatives.
- Strong YouTube thumbnail design skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Experience with branding and visual identity design.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must submit their resume and portfolio showcasing their previous graphic design work. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.
