Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

- Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and

marketing campaigns
- Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, and promotional materials
- Develop brand creative in line with company guidelines and brand identity
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for campaigns and product promotions

Digital Content Creation
- Design engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create visuals for website pages, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Work on basic video editing, GIFs, and motion graphics (preferred)

Branding & Communication
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials
- Support branding initiatives, product launches, and internal communications
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution

Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with marketing, product,



and sales teams to understand design

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with vendors for print production when required

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative thinking and visualisation skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Positive communication and teamwork skills

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva / Figma (preferred)
- Video editing tools (optional but preferred)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
