Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of experience to lead visual design across:

- Print
- Digital
- Packaging
- Outdoor media

The role includes creative direction, brand management, and hands-on design. You will create product catalogues, packaging, hoardings, exhibition materials, and other marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency and print-ready quality. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Strategy
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and campaign ideas.
- Maintain the brand's visual identity.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Convert technical information into charts, diagrams, and infographics.

Brand Management & Quality Control
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines.
- Check colour profiles (CMYK/Pantone), bleeds, margins, and resolution.
- Deliver print-ready files as per vendor specifications.

Packaging & Print Production
- Design packaging, labels, cartons, and dielines.
- Create magazine advertisements.




- Design hoardings and billboards.
- Create packaging mockups using Adobe Dimension or Blender.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for production quality.

- Email signatures
- Event invitations
- Basic motion graphics and video editing for product demos.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
- Expertise in CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, and print production.
- Experience in packaging and advertising design.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current design trends and tools.
- Strong portfolio (mandatory).

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- Graphic Design, Print Production, or Packaging Design certification is preferred but not mandatory.
