About the Role

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical advertising agency looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer to build a strong portfolio while working on real healthcare and pharma brand campaigns. You will support the creative team in producing visually compelling designs for medical marketing materials, working closely with senior designers, copywriters, and client-servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design marketing and promotional materials for pharma clients, including brochures, leave-behind literature (LBLs), visual aids, detailing folders, danglers, and standees.
- Create digital assets such as social media creatives, emailers, banners, and presentations.
- Develop layouts, logos, and branding elements in line with client and brand guidelines.
- Retouch, edit, and prepare images for both print and digital use.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, print-ready, and meet quality and brand standards.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients and revise designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools,



and best practices in healthcare advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
- A graduation or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
- Good eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Ability to take direction, collaborate, and handle multiple projects at once.
- Basic understanding of print production and file preparation is an added advantage.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or CorelDRAW.
- Interest in or exposure to the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
