About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and design. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or beginners who want to build their careers while working on real-world branding, marketing, and digital design projects.

Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Design marketing creatives for digital and print campaigns.
- Assist in developing brand identities and visual assets.
- Edit and retouch images using design software.
- Create presentations and basic UI mockups when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visuals.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.
- Organize design files and maintain asset libraries.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Creativity with a strong attention to detail.




- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of social media content trends.
- AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for creative workflows.
