We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging creatives across digital and print platforms. The candidate should be passionate about design trends and capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Profile: Graphic Designer

Location: Topsia. Kolkata

Salary: Upto 20,000/- CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, and other branding collateral.
- Develop visually appealing creatives for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing assets based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the organization's brand identity and guidelines.




- Revise and optimize designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for print-ready artwork when required.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW .
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and layout design.
- Ability to create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media.
- Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects is preferred.
