Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate blends strong design craft with up-to-date tools including AI-powered creative platforms — and can take a project from client brief through to production-ready output while upholding brand consistency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), CorelDRAW, and Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging AI design platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media design trends, platform-specific creatives, and engaging visual communication.
- Proven experience creating print-ready artwork — branding materials, brochures, flyers, catalogues, business cards, packaging, exhibition stalls, signage, and marketing collaterals.
- Good understanding of website layouts, UI/UX principles, landing pages, and website graphics.
- Proficiency in video editing and short-form content creation for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent command of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.




- Good communication and coordination skills for managing printing, branding, and production vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client and stakeholder requirements and transform them into creative concepts, design drafts, presentations, final artwork, and production-ready files.
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, implement revisions, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Create compelling visual content for both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Keep the company's creative communication aligned with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise product, corporate, and lifestyle photoshoots to ensure high-quality visual assets.
- Coordinate with printing, branding, website, and production vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Visit company locations, dealers, plants, events, or customer sites as required for branding, photography, or design execution.
- Organize and maintain design assets, project files, and creative documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within project timelines.
