We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team and manage the company’s visual content and branding requirements. The role involves creating attractive and professional designs for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, websites, and other marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, good knowledge of graphic design tools, attention to detail, and the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into engaging visual content.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Graphic Design

- Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials
- Design promotional creatives for hotels, offers, packages, events, and campaigns
- Develop designs that follow the company’s branding and visual identity
- Edit and enhance photos for social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand presentation
- Create marketing materials based on requirements provided by management and the marketing team
- Make revisions and modifications to designs based on feedback
- Manage and organize design files and creative assets

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Create social media creatives and promotional content
- Assist in preparing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Understand social media trends, engagement, and online branding
- Assist the marketing team with digital marketing activities when required
- Stay updated with current design and social media trends
- Suggest creative ideas to improve the company’s online presence

Photo & Video Editing

- Edit and enhance photographs for marketing and promotional purposes
- Create promotional videos, reels,



and short-form content when required
- Use video editing tools to create engaging digital content
- Coordinate with the team for photography and content requirements

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with management and other departments to understand design requirements
- Collect necessary information, images, and content required for creating designs
- Communicate effectively regarding project requirements, revisions, and deadlines
- Ensure all designs are completed and delivered within the required timeline

Reporting & File Management

- Maintain an organized library of design files, images, logos, and marketing materials
- Keep track of completed and ongoing design requirements
- Maintain proper versions of creative files for future use
- Provide regular updates on ongoing design projects

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong creativity and visual design skills
- Good understanding of graphic design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software is an advantage
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Good knowledge of typography, colors, layouts, and branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new design ideas

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer is preferred
- Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also be considered
- Candidates should have a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design, branding, social media, or marketing work
