Graphic Designer (Wedding Branding & Stationery)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who has prior experience working on luxury weddings and understands how to create premium visual experiences.

You’ll work on projects ranging from 1–3 months, creating complete wedding branding—from the first invitation to the final on-ground event collateral.

Responsibilities

- Design premium wedding invitations (digital & print)
- Design complete wedding stationery
- Create welcome boards, signage, seating charts, menus, gift tags, itineraries, etc.
- Design on-event branding and collaterals
- Build complete wedding identity systems and visual themes
- Create concepts, layouts and artwork from scratch
- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleeds, CMYK colours and production specifications
- Ensure consistency across all wedding touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the founder and clients
- Handle multiple wedding projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Maintain organized source files and version control
