We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing marketing materials, branding assets, social media creatives, and editing engaging videos for digital platforms. The candidate should be able to understand departmental requirements, translate ideas into compelling visuals, and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create social media creatives, promotional graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Edit and produce high-quality promotional, educational, and corporate videos.
- Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content for social media.
- Develop visual concepts that align with the organization's branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.




- Analyze departmental design needs and recommend creative improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Basic photo retouching and image manipulation

Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation
- Photography or videography experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Video Editing (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or digital marketing is an added advantage
