Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer and Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The role involves creating and refining visual assets, including graphics, logos, brand elements, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and motion graphics aligned with client brand guidelines.

The Graphic

Designer and Video Editor will conceptualize and produce video content, including editing footage, adding effects, transitions, and sound, and preparing final outputs for digital platforms.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements, translating briefs into visual concepts, and maintaining consistent visual branding across all media. The role also includes managing multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, optimizing assets for various channels, and staying current with design and video trends and tools.





Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of font pairing, hierarchy, and readability in different formats.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software).
- Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and preparing content for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video work across diverse industries and formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
