Graphic Designer (Fresher- 1 Years Experience)

Overview Y Not Design and Manufacturing specializes in promotional merchandise, corporate gifting, and customized branded products. We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer who can translate product ideas into compelling visual assets that support product development, client communication, and sales presentations. This position is based in our Bangalore office and requires working from the office.

Roles and Responsibilities The Graphic Designer will develop visually engaging product mockups for a wide range of promotional and customized products, helping clients clearly visualize branding, materials, and product concepts.

The role involves creating product presentations, visual concept boards, and specification sheets that communicate important details such as dimensions, materials, finishes, and branding placements. These assets will support both client discussions and internal teams.

You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to translate product ideas into clear visual outputs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Designs will often need to be adapted based on client feedback and customization requests.

Maintaining organized design files, templates, and visual assets will be key to ensure smooth coordination with manufacturing teams and consistency across projects.





The role also includes preparing print ready artwork and ensuring that designs meet production and printing requirements. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines will be an important part of the position.

Skills and Qualifications A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates should have one to two years of professional design experience, ideally in product design, promotional merchandise, packaging, or branding related work.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, is essential. Working knowledge of InDesign and familiarity with preparing print ready artwork will be advantageous. A solid understanding of typography, layout, color systems, and basic print production processes is expected.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong visual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through design. Good collaboration skills and the ability to respond constructively to feedback are also important.
