Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee role at KFMS is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The trainee will support day-to-day facility operations, including coordinating housekeeping, support services, and manpower deployment across client locations.

Responsibilities include assisting in planning and scheduling services, monitoring service quality, preparing operational reports, and supporting compliance with safety and sustainability standards. The role involves learning and applying standard operating procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and participating in client interactions under the guidance of senior managers. The trainee will also contribute to process improvements and help implement new initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
