Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy engineering,



with the ability to understand solar power systems and electrical products.
- Ability to work with technical documentation, drawings, and specifications, and support basic design, calculation, and analysis tasks.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and openness to learning relevant engineering or CAD software.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to learn about solar technologies, lithium batteries, EV chargers, and other future-ready energy solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and tasks in a remote work environment.
