Role Overview

We are seeking young, energetic, and ambitious Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our engineering teams. This is a site-based role where trainees will gain intensive, hands-on experience by working directly on our major infrastructure and mining projects. You will be deployed across various operational sites in India based on company requirements.

Key Responsibilities by Stream

- Civil Engineering (3 Positions): Assist in site execution, structural checking, highway alignment, quality control, and progress mapping for highways, bridges, and flyovers.




- Mechanical Engineering (3 Positions): Support the operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs of heavy construction machinery, batching plants, and site equipment.
- Automobile Engineering (3 Positions): Oversee the maintenance, fleet management, and servicing of commercial transport vehicles, tippers, and site utility vehicles.
- Mining Engineering (3 Positions): Assist in mine planning, excavation tracking, safety compliance, and operational management at our active coal mining sites.

Requirements and Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Automobile, or Mining Engineering.
- Recent graduates or final-year students ready to join immediately.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of your specific engineering discipline.
- High physical stamina and willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions.
- Adaptability to relocate to different project locations across India.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
