The company utilizes IESVE and OneClick software to deliver high-quality solutions for various projects, including:

Supporting LEED, BREEAM, and Estidama compliance

Part L compliance modeling

Accurate heating and cooling load analysis.

Enhancing building performance through façade design analysis

Ensuring natural light optimization for certifications and performance goals.

Building lifecycle assessment for to meet GLA, LEED and other code compliance.

In addition, ZnT Sim employs Python scripting to automate processes and improve efficiency, delivering cutting-edge and reliable solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Role Description

ZnT Sim is looking for a full-time, remote Graduate Building Physics & LCA Engineer. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about sustainability. The role includes:

Performing heating and cooling load calculations.

Conducting daylight studies for LEED and BREEAM certifications.

Working on energy modeling tasks for certifications such as LEED/BREEAM.

Performing thermal comfort studies, Part L assessments, and overheating analyses.

Performing whole life carbon assessment on various types of projects. ZnT Sim primarily utilizes IESVE & OneClick software for these analyses, and comprehensive training will be provided.



Candidates must have a willingness to learn and can do attitude.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

A strong desire to contribute to the sustainability industry and make a meaningful impact.

The ability to take initiative and work independently.

A basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls.

Familiarity with sustainability concepts and basic energy modeling practices.

A basic understanding of at least one energy modeling tool such as IESVE, eQuest, OpenStudio, or HAP.

Basic understanding of whole life carbon assessment and OneClick tool.

Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

The ability to think critically and resolve complex issues effectively.

Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm Indian Standard Time (1hr break, 40hrs/week, timing is very flexible)
