Role Description The Paid Media Ads Specialist will oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing ads, conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports,



and collaborating with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Paid Search Advertising, Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising
- Robust skills in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Strategy, Campaign Optimization, and A/B Testing
- Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Reporting for ad campaigns
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Ad Platform Management
- Effective Communication and Collaboration skills to work with internal teams
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other ad performance measurement platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical tourism industry is a plus
