Key Responsibilities

About The Role The Google Ads Expert at Brands2Be will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital advertising landscapes, particularly within Google Ads ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns that align with client objectives, continuously analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic adjustments to ensure optimal results. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and platform updates. A key aspect of the role involves working with our AI-powered platform, AdsIntelli, to harness automation and machine learning for smarter campaign management and performance enhancement.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. A solid understanding of Google Search Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, Display Campaigns, and YouTube Ads is essential.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions. Solid analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working with data and performance metrics are critical. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.

Experience with Meta Ads is considered a plus, along with familiarity with Looker Studio and AI tools for campaign optimization.

Certification in Google Ads will be viewed favorably.
