About The Role We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and App Campaigns.

Your primary goal will be to develop profitable acquisition strategies that scale customer acquisition, improve campaign performance, and contribute to the overall growth of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Content, and Engineering to enhance landing page performance, implement tracking, and identify new growth opportunities across different international markets and customer segments.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes. Strong knowledge of various campaign types including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns is essential.





Familiarity with managing advertising budgets and optimizing for key performance indicators such as CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS is required. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is also necessary. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are vital to succeed in this role.

A passion for digital marketing, innovation, and data-driven growth is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-intent acquisition opportunities and develop targeted campaign structures for scalable growth.
- Implement and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and segmentation to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify best practices and optimize performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics regularly, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to enhance landing page performance and increase conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking by setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads integrations.




- Research and identify new advertising opportunities across different countries, products, and customer segments to expand reach and impact.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and optimize campaigns effectively.
