We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads in the Real Estate Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-performing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.

Drive lead generation campaigns through Google Ads and paid social media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Oversee and maintain company social media accounts and engagement strategies.

Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to identify areas of improvement.

Manage website content and CMS platforms (WordPress); basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

Monitor competitor strategies and suggest improvements.





Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.

Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Motivate and support the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Google Ads and paid social media campaigns – Mandatory

Manadate: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (Real Estate domain preferred).

Solid understanding of all major digital marketing channels and platforms.

Hands-on experience with SEO, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
