About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert who has strong hands-on experience in running, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns, especially for Technology/IT and Travel businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Develop high-converting keyword, audience, bidding, and campaign strategies.
- Manage campaigns for Technology, SaaS, IT services, software, travel, hotels, tours, and travel packages.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, negative keyword management, and search-term optimization.
- Create and test ad copies, landing-page strategies, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, automation, AI-based bidding, and new Google Ads features.





Required Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong experience in Technology/IT/SaaS and Travel domains.
- Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, YouTube Ads, Remarketing, and Shopping where applicable.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking and Google Analytics.
- Experience with lead-generation and e-commerce/travel booking campaigns.
- Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns.

What We Expect

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
