We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our team and manage paid advertising campaigns for international fashion and clothing brands. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running Google Ads for at least one established international clothing, apparel, or fashion eCommerce brand, preferably targeting the USA, UK, or European markets.

The candidate should have a robust understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max campaigns, along with a proven track record of driving revenue and maximizing ROAS for fashion eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international clothing and fashion brands.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Set up and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds and resolve feed-related issues.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize product feed titles, descriptions, and custom labels.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with the design, content, and eCommerce teams to improve campaign performance.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimize landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rates.

Requirements




- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Must have prior experience managing Google Ads for international clothing, apparel, or fashion brands.
- Experience working with brands targeting the USA, UK, Europe, or Australia.
- Strong expertise in Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience managing large product catalogs and eCommerce campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Experience with Shopify stores is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience with fashion marketplaces and luxury brands.
- Knowledge of feed management tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Previous experience with clothing brands such as evening wear, dresses, fashion accessories, or lifestyle brands.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
