Gold Loan Officer - SML Finance Limited / Sangeeth Nidhi

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and applications for gold loans.

- Receive, verify, and maintain customer KYC and loan documents.

- Assist in gold appraisal and ensure proper handling of pledged gold as per company guidelines.

- Process gold loan disbursement, renewal, repayment, and closure.

- Maintain proper records of gold loans and customer transactions.

- Follow up with customers for timely repayment and renewal of loans.

- Support the branch in mobilizing RD, FD and other deposits/investments.

- Develop new customers and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.

- Assist in achieving branch targets for Gold Loan and Deposit Mobilization.





- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nidhi Company regulations.

- Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Plus Two / Degree.

- Experience in Gold Loan, Nidhi Company, NBFC, Banking or Financial Services will be an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Target-oriented and willing to work in a customer-facing role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
