GM – Architecture | Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced GM – Architecture to lead the design and coordination of large-scale residential, commercial, township, villa, and high-rise developments.

Requirements:

- B.Arch with 15+ years of experience in Real Estate, Architectural Consultancy, or PMC.
- Strong expertise in concept-to-completion design management.
- Experience with Grade-A commercial high-rises, luxury residential projects, townships, and master planning.
- In-depth knowledge of DCR, NBC, building codes, and approval processes.
- Proven experience coordinating with architects, consultants, sales & marketing teams, and international design partners.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.





Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design coordination from concept through construction.
- Manage design consultants, approvals, design development, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Drive value engineering, design quality, and project optimization.
- Oversee in-house conceptual design for recent developments.
- Collaborate with management, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
