Job Title : Global Project Manager TPRM
: The Project Manager supports management of key initiatives in TPRM and Internal Audit, articulating strategy and execution. Working with Project Leaders, the role drives projects through design, delivery, and implementation while coordinating core team activities, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and managing variances in timing, resources, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and develop mitigation plans with Project Leaders.
- Act as key connector between sub-workstreams, team members, and organizational functions.
- Communicate project vision, establish trust, and ensure stakeholder communication across regions, functions, and platforms via reports and timely alerts.
- Develop and assess business requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and IT functional documents for feasibility and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops to identify business and technical process impacts, develop documentation, and implementation strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans with sequenced activities, durations, and milestones; track progress, action items, and interdependencies; prioritize and resolve issues.
- Execute project plans within expected timelines and ensure team alignment on deliverables.
- Create presentations for Sponsors and management committees; provide concise status updates on timelines and budget.
- Maintain project trackers and PM tools consistently and timely.
- Lead and support project team meetings; ensure implementation of initiatives across TPRM and Internal Audit functions.
About You:
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharma.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge status quo, implement simple solutions, and act as positive change agent.
- Proven ability to influence across functions and levels; proactively engage with key partners.
- Experience leading cross-functional, globally dispersed teams and delivering transversal initiatives. Internal • Understanding of financial reconciliation, LEAN Six Sigma, risk management lifecycle, third-party risk assessment, audit methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power BI, and database management systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent understanding of business processes, supporting systems complexities, interdependencies, master data, and reporting; proficiency with Coupa, SAP, MDG, and financial/procurement processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams, indirect reports, and external resources toward business objectives.
- Establish priorities and timelines; manage workload effectively; multi-task exceptionally well.
- Work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision; deliver high customer service; meet strict deadlines consistently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starter with high personal initiative and flexible disposition.
Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree (BS, MBA, PhD) in risk management, audit, finance, business, or related field. PMP certification and pharma experience are a plus.
Language: English
Project Contract Tenure is 12 months.
