Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – GOC to oversee end-to-end operational coordination, reporting, and performance monitoring. The role drives efficiency across departments, ensures smooth execution of operations, and supports management with data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage overall operations across Production, Quality, SCM, and Logistics

Lead preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Track KPIs such as production output, rejection, OEE, and delivery timelines

Identify operational gaps and ensure timely escalation and closure of issues

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and process standards

Review and validate ERP data (SAP/Oracle) for accuracy

Support management with data analysis, dashboards, and performance insights





Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction

Participate in management reviews and operational meetings

Lead and guide the GOC team members
