About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Global Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts across international Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon.com and a strong understanding of global marketplace operations, account management, catalog optimization, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Amazon Global Seller accounts, primarily Amazon.com, with exposure to Amazon UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Europe being an added advantage.
- Independently handle multiple client accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings, variations, and catalog health.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business goals and implement growth strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches on international marketplaces.
- Work closely with PPC, catalog, creative, and logistics teams to improve account performance.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, inventory levels, and marketplace trends.
- Resolve listing issues, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and account-related escalations.
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and maintain high client satisfaction.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon Global Seller accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon.com Seller Central.
- Knowledge of catalog management, listing optimization,



variations, flat files, and inventory management.
- Understanding of Amazon FBA, FBM, account health, Buy Box, and international selling processes.
- Basic understanding of Amazon PPC and listing SEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Store, and international compliance.
- Experience launching products in global marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar e-commerce tools.
