Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Product development support:

- Assist in brainstorming and curating recent gifting ideas based on seasonal themes, trends, and customer insights.

- Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing.

- Coordinate sample collection and maintain product documentation (SKUs, specs, feedback, etc.).

- Support product testing and packaging trials.

- Sourcing & vendor coordination:

- Help identify vendors for packaging, gift accessories, and custom elements.

- Coordinate with suppliers for samples, quotations, and timelines.

- Maintain and update vendor and sourcing trackers.

- Packaging & aesthetic alignment:

- Assist in selecting packaging materials and finishes that align with the Soulflower brand.





- Work with design and marketing teams to finalize gifting concepts and box layouts.

- Cross-functional support:

- Liaise with the inventory, design, and digital teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and gifting campaign planning.
