Role: Genesys Cloud Engineer

Location: Delhi & Hyderabad

Contract

Must-Have

- Advanced Genesys Cloud administration: organizations/divisions, queues, skills, RBAC, permissions and audit logging
- Genesys Architect flow operations: IVR, routing, business hours, language/skill/priority routing and emergency routing
- Digital channel and agent-experience troubleshooting
- Genesys WEM, quality, recording, dashboards and analytics operations
- Integration troubleshooting with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dynamics or custom APIs
- SSO/MFA, OAuth/API clients, audit logs, fraud/toll-risk controls and SIEM log forwarding awareness
- Incident, problem, change, release and RCA management

Valuable-to-Have
- Genesys Cloud CX certifications
- Interaction analytics, transcription/topic/sentiment operations experience
- SIP/telephony knowledge for Genesys voice flows
- Data export/BI integration experience
- Regulated enterprise or pharma experience.
