NWe are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Generative AI Visual Designer who can use AI to conceptualise, develop and execute sophisticated visual communication.
NThis is not a conventional graphic-design role with occasional AI usage.
NWe are looking for someone who works AI-first—a designer who can move seamlessly from an idea or creative brief to visual exploration, moodboarding, image generation, storyboarding, campaign development, video concepts and polished final assets.
NThe Role:
NYou will work across Sparrow Interactive's real-estate experience, architectural visualisation and experiential-technology projects to create:
N High-quality brand and campaign visuals
NCreative concepts and visual territories
N AI-generated architectural and lifestyle imagery
NMoodboards and visual style frames
N Film keyframes and cinematic storyboards
NSocial-media campaigns and launch creatives
N Presentation and pitch-deck visuals
NImage-to-video and AI-assisted motion content
N Consistent visual assets across multiple formats
NScalable AI-enabled creative workflows
NWho We Are Looking For:
NYou should have strong foundations in:
N Graphic design and visual communication
NComposition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
N Art direction and concept development
NCinematic framing and visual storytelling
N Image compositing and skilled post-production
NBrand consistency across generated content
NYou must be proficient inseveral contemporary AI creative tools, such as:
NLovart, Midjourney, Flux,ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Ideogram, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Pika, Luma, Veo or similar platforms.
NKnowledge of every tool is not mandatory. However,
candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn new tools quickly and select the right tool or model for each creative requirement.
NAI Workflow Capability
NWe are particularly interested in candidates who understand how to:
N Build structured image-generation workflows
NWork with reference images, style references and moodboards
N Maintain character, product and visual-style consistency
NUse ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting, outpainting and image conditioning
N Refine prompts systematically rather than through random iteration
NDevelop repeatable workflows for multiple projects
N Combine outputs from several AI tools
NTake AI-generated material into Photoshop for professional finishing
N Upscale and prepare assets for high-resolution commercial use
NConvert static conceptsinto storyboards and motion sequences
N* Document workflows so they can be adopted by a larger creative team
NArchitectural and Real-Estate Relevance:
NExperience in architecture, real estate, interiors, hospitality, luxury, advertising or cinematic visualisation will be strongly preferred.
NThe candidate must understand that AI output is only the starting point. Architectural fidelity, design sensitivity, brand relevance and professional finishing are non-negotiable.
