Role Description The Generative AI Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications to students and corporate participants. This part-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves preparing course materials, practical labs, and real-world project assignments that help learners build hands-on expertise with generative AI models and frameworks.

The Trainer will conduct live classes, evaluate learner progress, provide individualized feedback,



and support learners during doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and campus drives. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI technologies, refining curriculum based on industry trends, and collaborating with other trainers to enhance training quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with practical experience in generative AI models (e.g., GANs, transformers, large language models).
- Hands-on expertise with common AI tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and relevant libraries used in generative AI.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions, preferably in AI or related software domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ability to design structured curricula, lab exercises, and projects that align with industry practices and learner outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working on real-time AI projects or applied research, with a portfolio of work that can be demonstrated to learners.
- Comfort working in an on-site training workplace in Hyderabad and flexibility to conduct sessions during weekends or evenings as needed.
