Job Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

- Conduct physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories.

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (lab tests, imaging, etc.).

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Prescribe medications safely and responsibly.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

- Provide preventive healthcare advice, including lifestyle and nutrition counseling.

- Perform minor medical procedures as required.

Patient Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.

- Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and ethical care at all times.

- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.

- Refer patients to specialists when advanced or specialized care is required.

- Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Standards

- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and legal medical regulations.





- Maintain continuous professional development and stay updated on medical advancements.

- Adhere to infection-control standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: MBBS degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

- License: Valid medical license/registration to practice as a General Physician.

- Experience:

- Fresher or 1–5 years of clinical experience in general medicine preferred.

Skills:

- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations.

- Empathy, patience, and commitment to patient care.

Work Environment

- Hospital, clinic, or healthcare center setting.

- May require shift duties, weekend availability, and on-call responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
