Reporting To: Medical Superintendent / Clinical Head

Job Summary The General Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and coordination with other departments to ensure quality and safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations and assess patients presenting with various medical conditions.
- Take detailed patient history and perform appropriate physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans as per clinical requirements.
- Monitor admitted patients and provide timely clinical interventions.
- Review investigation reports and correlate findings with the patient's clinical condition.
- Identify emergency cases and initiate appropriate management/referral when required.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care for patients.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment,



medication, diet, and preventive healthcare.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, training programs, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, ethical, and skilled requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MD/DNB in General Medicine will be preferred.
- Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council/NMC.
- Relevant experience in General Medicine/General Physician practice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
