Position: General Manager – Overall Tamil Nadu

Reporting To: Managing Director

Travel: Extensive travel across Tamil Nadu branches

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations of all Dr. Aravind's IVF branches across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospital management background with expertise in operations, marketing, business development, administration, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of all Tamil Nadu branches.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead marketing initiatives and business development activities to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Monitor branch performance, operational KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, Medical Directors, and departmental teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch operational teams.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and business performance reports.
- Manage budgets, operational expenses,



and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and support new branch expansion.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA (Hospital Management/Healthcare Management/Marketing) or any Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hospital experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory: Hospital industry experience is required.
- Experience in managing multiple hospital branches or healthcare centres is preferred.
