Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or general management, preferably within the building or infrastructure sector.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, quality standards, and local compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with construction management software is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and make timely, informed decisions.
