Position: General Manager (Marketing) Location: Chennai

Travel: Bi-monthly travel to Gurugram and monthly travel to Hyderabad

Role Overview The GM - Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives for the South India portfolio, primarily across Chennai and Hyderabad. The role focuses on brand building, tenant engagement, lead generation, corporate visibility, events, digital marketing, and market intelligence to support business growth and leasing objectives.

Key Responsibilities Asset Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Develop and execute marketing plans for Office / Commercial assets in Chennai and Hyderabad.
- Promote the unique strengths, customer experience, and future vision of the office portfolio.
- Work closely with advertising and creative agencies to develop marketing campaigns and brand positioning.

Content & Communication

- Create and manage monthly newsletters for Office / Commercial assets, including content creation, design coordination, and distribution.
- Manage internal and external communications through various marketing channels.
- Oversee social media initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Manage digital platforms and partnerships to drive demand generation.
- Optimize online campaigns to increase visibility and leasing enquiries.
- Support the rollout of current online and social media initiatives.

Events & Tenant Engagement

- Plan and execute client engagement events, festive celebrations, sponsorship events, and networking activities.
- Organize key events such as project launches, CEO meets, safety conferences, and broker/IPC events.
- Build strategic brand alliances to enhance tenant and stakeholder engagement.





Industry Relations & Corporate Visibility

- Act as the key contact for industry associations, publishers, and professional bodies such as:

- CII

- APREA

- RICS

- CoreNet Global
- Leverage industry relationships to increase corporate visibility and brand presence.

Property Marketing & Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with Operations, CRM, Projects, and Hospitality teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Promote office amenities such as business centers, wellness centers, and hospitality offerings.
- Manage periodic photography and videography of operational and under-construction projects.

Market Research & Business Support

- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support leasing efforts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate insights and data analytics to assist business decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in real estate, commercial office leasing, asset marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in event management, digital marketing, brand building, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with industry associations, media partners, and corporate clients is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
- 15-18 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Asset Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, business parks, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or related sectors would be an advantage.
- Strong network within industry associations, media, corporate occupiers, and marketing partners is preferred.
