We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations, optimize processes, enforce team accountability, and support company growth in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Troubleshooting: Identify operational bottlenecks in real time and implement quick, sustainable solutions.
- Process & Growth: Streamline internal workflows, align team communication, and execute operational strategies for scaling.
- Staff Discipline & Performance: Enforce company policies, monitor attendance and performance, and maintain a disciplined work culture.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee daily office administration, facility upkeep, and vendor management.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of operational management experience (SME experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, team management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to enforce accountability and streamline processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
