Role Context The company is a promoter‑founded, high‑growth organization (₹600 Cr revenue)

undergoing a structured transition to a professionally governed enterprise, with ambitions to scale to ₹3,500 Cr within 4 years and to list on Indian capital markets.

Under the COO there are 3 lines of business with Corporate Mobility Solutions today at around ~₹120 Cr with target to grow it to ₹1,400 Crs by 2030.

Role Mandate

- Build, scale, and institutionalize the Corporate Mobility Solutions (ETS)

business as a national vertical

- Transition from a fragmented, relationship-led business to a structured,

scalable growth engine

- Deliver ~14x growth in 4 years with strong governance, profitability discipline,

and execution rigor

- Act as a business builder (0→1 and 1→10) and not just an operatorCandidate Profile

Experience

- 20 years in mobility / logistics / fleet / transport / B2B services

- Experience in scaling businesses across multiple cities/geographies

- Strong exposure to enterprise sales operations management

- MNC / structured organization background preferred

- Ability to work as a hands-on Individual Contributor initially and scale into

leadership

Requirements

- Compulsorily based out of Pune HQ.

- Besides English & Hindi, fluency in Marathi would be an added benefit.

- Ability to challenge legacy thinking without disrupting morale
