Position Purpose To independently manage comprehensive general dentistry while contributing to clinical quality, patient experience, and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

- Comprehensive diagnosis.
- Multi-disciplinary treatment planning.
- Complex restorative dentistry.
- Crown & bridge rehabilitation.
- Advanced endodontic procedures.
- Digital workflow integration.
- Case selection and referral.

Leadership

- Guide junior dentists.
- Participate in internal training.
- Conduct case presentations.

Business

- Improve patient retention.
- Improve treatment completion.
- Support branch revenue growth ethically.

KPIs

- Clinical success rate
- Patient experience score
- Revenue achievement
- Treatment completion %
- Case acceptance %
- Audit score
- Complaint rate

Role & Responsibilities:





- Diagnose dental issues and formulate comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensure a comfortable and ethical patient experience
- Follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols (NABH-compliant)
- Collaborate with senior doctors and participate in clinical discussions
- Maintain proper documentation and patient communication
- Be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, technology-driven setup

Qualifications:

- BDS/MDS from a recognized institution (DCI Registered)
- Minimum 3 year of clinical experience preferred (exceptional freshers may apply)
- Solid diagnostic and clinical skills
- Good communication and patient management abilities
- Team-oriented and punctual with a positive attitude
