Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented GeM Portal Executive to manage our business operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product catalog management, bid participation, tender documentation, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely execution of government orders for furniture products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings, catalogs, specifications, and pricing on the GeM portal.
- Identify, evaluate, and participate in relevant government tenders and bids.
- Prepare and submit bid documents, technical specifications, and commercial quotations.
- Handle GeM order processing, invoicing, contract management, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Track tender status, bid results, and order fulfillment timelines.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, government procurement guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Respond to buyer queries, product clarifications, and post-order communications through the GeM portal.




- Maintain records of bids, orders, contracts, and performance reports.
- Monitor portal updates and recommend strategies to improve bid success and business growth.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures, tendering, and bid documentation.
- Familiarity with furniture products, specifications, and industry standards is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Positive analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM portal operations, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualification.
- Understanding of government contracts, e-tendering, and vendor compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
