Job Title: GEM Portal Tendering Engineer

Position: Tendering Engineer

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: 15-30k per month (Depends on a performance)

Experience: 1 To 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze tender documents and project requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with specifications and contract conditions
- Identify risks and suggest mitigation measures
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Submit complete and timely tender documents
- Support negotiations and project handover after award
- Brand Listings and Brand promotions.
- Manage bid participation, reverse auction and tender submissions
- Maintain compliance with tender
- Tender document preparation, post tender follow-ups.





Skills required:

- Experience with tender documentation and Government procurement norms.
- Valuable written Communication and letter writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PDF documentation and online filing.
- Coordinating with buyers and government departments for smooth execution.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience working on tendering for standard central government organization, railways, product catalog presentation and tender participation
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation.
- Working experience of EPC Companies in Electromechanical field is preferable.
