This role Provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and deployment of cloud-native applications on GCP. Responsible for ensuring technical excellence, architectural compliance, engineering best practices, and successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall technical solution architecture and implementation approach.

- Lead technical design discussions and solution review sessions.

- Define development standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.

- Guide development teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

- Review architecture designs, code quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements.

- Drive adoption of cloud-native design patterns and microservices architecture.

- Ensure successful integration with enterprise systems and external platforms.

- Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment readiness activities.





- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, DevOps, testing, and business teams.

- Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide resolution strategies.

- Mentor developers and support technical capability development.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of application development experience.

- 3+ years in a technical lead or solution lead role.

- Solid hands-on knowledge of GCP services and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience developing APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.

- Experience with system integration and enterprise application modernization.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and secure application design.

- Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
