Job Summary The team will:

- Design and build agentic AI applications supporting workflow orchestration and automation
- Contribute to architecture, integration patterns, and API-driven solutions
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams
- Support end-to-end lifecycle (POC → production → optimisation)
- Ensure alignment with security, resilience, and Responsible AI principles

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Python (or similar) and modern software delivery lifecycle

Hands-on experience with AI/agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, or automation platforms

Solid understanding of application architecture and system integration

Experience with GCP and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, reliability)

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable





- Experience with LLMs and AI platforms
- Exposure to responsible AI and governance practices
- Background in large enterprise / regulated environments
- Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical team in the design and development of data solutions utilizing google bigquery, sql, python, and google dataflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and security within the solutions implemented.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Skill Requirements

- Proficiency in google bigquery for data warehousing and analytics.
- Strong sql skills for querying and managing large datasets.
- Advanced knowledge of python programming language for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with google dataflow for real-time data processing and etl pipelines.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team.

Other Requirements

Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification is preferred.
