We are hiring a SHIFT INCHARGE to supervise First Mile Operations for Meesho under our 3PL organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, process-driven, and want to build a long-term career in warehouse operations with a structured and rapidly growing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics in vehicle servicing and repair work.
- Help with basic maintenance of trucks and vehicles.
- Clean and arrange garage, tools, and equipment.
- Support in checking engine oil, coolant, battery, tyres, and other parts.
- Help during vehicle breakdowns and repairs.
- Arrange and handle tools and spare parts properly.
- Maintain basic records of repair and maintenance work.
- Follow safety rules and keep the garage clean and organized.
- Support the team in keeping vehicles ready for operations.

Requirements
- 10th/12th pass preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a garage or vehicle maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of tools and vehicle parts preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a garage workplace.
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Good teamwork and learning ability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
