As IdentityIn enters its growth and fundraising phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and well-connected professional to lead investor outreach, fundraising strategy and investor relationships.

The Opportunity

This is more than a fundraising role.

We are looking for someone who has the entrepreneurial mindset, investor relationships and passion to help build a startup.

The ideal candidate should already have a strong network across:

- Angel Investors
- Venture Capital Funds
- Family Offices
- Strategic Investors
- Startup Ecosystems
- HNIs
- Corporate/Industry Investors
- Startup Accelerators & Incubators

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to develop and execute IdentityIn's fundraising strategy and establish meaningful relationships with potential investors.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy

- Develop and execute IdentityIn's fundraising strategy.
- Identify appropriate investors based on stage, sector and investment thesis.
- Build and maintain a structured investor pipeline.
- Support preparation of fundraising plans, milestones and investor outreach.

Investor Connect

- Leverage your existing investor network to generate qualified introductions.
- Initiate conversations with potential investors.
- Coordinate investor meetings and presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective investors.

Investor Story & Pitch

- Work with the Founder to sharpen IdentityIn's investment story.
- Support development of pitch decks, financial narratives and investor communication.
- Help articulate IdentityIn's market opportunity, differentiation,



traction, business model and growth potential.

Strategic Partnerships

- Identify investors who can bring more than capital.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners who can contribute industry access, customers, technology, distribution or global expansion opportunities.

Fundraising Execution

- Support due diligence processes.
- Coordinate information required by prospective investors.
- Track investor engagement and follow-ups.
- Support negotiations and fundraising closure alongside the Founder.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Entrepreneurial or startup experience
- Proven exposure to fundraising or investor engagement
- Strong network of angels, VCs, family offices or strategic investors
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of startup business models and venture funding
- Ability to identify the right investor for the right stage
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- High ownership and execution orientation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Most importantly:

You should be a connector, relationship builder and entrepreneur—not simply someone who sends fundraising emails.
