Role Description The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising initiatives to support Real Jobs Consulting Services’ programs and growth objectives. This full-time role is on-site and based in the Greater Delhi Area, involving close collaboration with leadership, HR consultants, and external partners.

Daily activities include identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships with corporate sponsors and individual contributors, and preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communications. The Fundraiser will research funding opportunities, manage fundraising events and campaigns, track progress against targets, and maintain accurate records in fundraising databases or CRM tools.



The role also includes coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and impact reporting that strengthens donor engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within consulting, HR services, or professional services environments.
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage corporate clients, individual donors, and community partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including proposal writing, presentation development, and confident verbal communication in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and project management skills to plan campaigns, manage events, and track fundraising activities against defined goals.
- Comfort using CRM or donor management tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Analytical mindset to research funding opportunities, understand market trends, and develop effective fundraising strategies.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate in a team setting, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
