Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and exceptional English communication skills. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand business processes, provide functional support, and help implement business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client business requirements and map them to functional solutions.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Analyze accounting and business processes to recommend improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to users on finance and accounting-related modules.
- Prepare functional requirement documents, process flows, and user manuals.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
- Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of:

- Accounting Principles

- Journal Entries

- Ledger Management

- Financial Statements
- GST & Basic Taxation Concepts




- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
