Role Description The Full Time E-commerce Management role at Geeta Fabs is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order processing across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms.

Responsibilities include monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales reports, optimizing product visibility, and coordinating with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing returns or exchanges,



and maintaining high standards of customer service. The E-commerce Manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, improve online merchandising, and contribute to the overall growth of digital sales channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Commerce and basic business understanding relevant to e-commerce operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries, complaints, and build positive customer relationships.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar) and basic MS Excel or reporting tools.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Relevant undergraduate degree in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce.
